How Loyalife works

Loyalife operates on two core mechanisms: Earn — Members accumulate points through purchases, engagement activities, promotional offers, and tier progression milestones. Burn — Members redeem accumulated points through the Marketplace for gift cards, physical products, travel, utility payments, charity donations, and miles exchange. These mechanisms are governed by the Rule Engine, which lets you define exactly how, when, and how many points members earn for any action.
